"I wouldn't choose someone like Beyonce Knowles to be on stage with because I would distract myself from the music…. If she sings: to the left, to the left; I would say No: to the right, to the right hun!!…" - Simon rocks!!
"Yes, I’m single!" - the greatest thing he said besides this one:
"I'd like to come back to Portugal to give a bigger show"
